When we started thinking about the "next big thing," we explored a wide range of ideas—from new communication tools to deepfake detection. But the deeper we dug, the clearer it became: the biggest race right now is for data.

Everyone is after it—malicious actors, applications, and of course AI. 🤖

## The Massive Gap in Workspace Security

When we looked at the market, we saw many solutions focused on data in cloud infrastructure. Plenty of tools protect your servers, containers, and databases. But then it clicked: the huge gap is in securing data where it matters most—in [workspace applications](/solutions/microsoft-365/).

Workspace apps are the business core for MSPs' clients and mid-tier enterprises. This is where employees collaborate, share sensitive documents, communicate with customers, and make decisions. Yet this is exactly where traditional security solutions fall short.

### Why Traditional Solutions Miss the Mark
